You have a Claude Pro or Max plan

You already have the best deal available: Fable 5 is included in your plan limits until June 22. Open the model picker in Claude or Claude Code and select Fable 5. You have an Anthropic API key

A focused evaluation session typically costs a few dollars. This route has no June 22 deadline and is the most predictable way to test the model on your own workloads.

You have GitHub Copilot

This is the route people miss: Fable 5 is available through GitHub Copilot. If your plan and organization policy allow Anthropic models, you can select Fable 5 in Copilot's model picker inside VS Code or on github.com, with no Claude subscription and no API key. You only have ChatGPT, Codex, or Gemini

Your subscription cannot run Fable 5, and no credential trick changes that. No site can legitimately resell Claude subscription access, proxy your OAuth login, or share accounts. Consumer subscription credentials do not work as API keys, and services asking for your Claude login are a security problem, not a shortcut.
