Which plans include Fable 5 today?
Max plans and premium Team/Enterprise seats include Fable 5 and 5.1 up to 50% of weekly usage limits; Pro and Team Standard seats use them with usage credits. Standard Enterprise seats need usage credits if their organization enables Fable. Usage-based Enterprise and the API bill at standard API rates. Claude Free does not include Fable.

Fable 5 returned on July 1. Anthropic’s all-plans promotion ended on July 19, 2026 at 11:59:59 PM PT; Pro and eligible Team standard seats received a one-time credit at that transition. Fable 5.1 was never part of a promotion.

Anthropic released Opus 5.5 on September 22 and Sonnet 5.5 on September 28, 2026. Kiro added Opus 5.5 to its paid tiers on September 28 but still documents Fable 5.1 only as a limited Enterprise preview; check its model table and administrator settings separately from Claude’s plan rules.
