Every digital product sold on this site carries a 14-day refund window starting on the day of purchase. You do not need to give a reason. If you are not happy, you get your money back.

How to request a refund

Email hello@fable5.app from the address you used at checkout, or reply to your order confirmation email, and say you want a refund. That is the whole process. We confirm within 2 business days and the refund is issued through the original payment method by our merchant of record. Depending on your bank, the money typically arrives within 5-10 business days.

What happens after a refund

Your download access and any included membership benefits end when the refund is issued. You are welcome to buy again later, including after the product has been updated.

Founding tier note

The Founding Member tier includes future benefits tied to a product that is still in development. The same 14-day window applies to the full purchase price. After 14 days, the digital content portion is considered delivered; if the founding benefits materially change before launch, we will offer affected buyers a fair resolution, including partial refunds where appropriate.
