About this Skill

Consultants using Fable 5 can give this Skill their approved analysis and get back a board-ready argument. Each title states the finding outright, assumptions and decision gates stay in view, and the last pages land on one recommendation and a bounded ask. The result is a single offline HTML deck you can edit, present, or export as PowerPoint or PDF.
How it works
- Settle the brief: who is in the room, which decision they have to take, how many pages, and which figures you can defend
- Map one point to each page, pairing every page with a style-kit recipe and the whole deck with one of three locked palettes
- Compose from the plan, build the file and run the deck check on it
- Click through each page, test editing, saving and presenting, then deliver the one HTML file
Checked before delivery
- check-deck.py passes with the agreed page count and the style kit
- Every page keeps the style's margins, type sizes, accent and evidence blocks
- Every text block stays independently editable
- No example client, figure or claim left unless the user keeps it
What you need before you start
- You bring
- Approved client brief and the decision the meeting must take · Checked analysis, figures and their sources · Meeting context and the agreed page count · Optional pictures the user has rights to, or a brief for a generated one

- Last tested

FAQ
Could it make up numbers or findings?
No. Every figure and claim is taken from material you have approved. The deck check flags any sample text that is still in place, so nothing from the example client slips through unnoticed.
Is an image API key needed?
No. Instead of pictures the style relies on panels, large figures, cards and a rollout track, so a deck is finished without a single image. A generated picture on one page is optional and billed to your own FAL account.
Will the deck open in PowerPoint or Keynote?
Yes. The file's Export menu writes a .pptx, a script compares it with the deck, and that one file opens in PowerPoint, Keynote or WPS.
