About this Skill

Write one line about a scene and you get a sharp picture that looks drawn by a cheerful kid with stubby wax crayons and scratchy pencils: outlines traced twice, color that spills past the lines, mismatched eyes and stick limbs, all on plain white paper with room to breathe. The agent builds a brand-new cast from circles, beans and boxes, writes one prompt from a set recipe and makes a single paid request to GPT Image 2 on FAL. Then it checks that the clumsiness lives in the marks and the file itself is never blurry or damaged.
How it works
- Name one subject or a small scene, and add colors, mood or format only if they matter.
- Keep drawn roughness apart from file quality: a crisp canvas, with the clumsiness in the strokes.
- Invent a new cast from basic shapes and arrange it flat on white paper with space around it.
- Write a single prompt from the recipe and generate one picture, saving the paid request first.
- Check outlines, real crayon grain and stray lettering, then change one thing per round.
Checked before delivery
- The file is crisp and correctly sized; all roughness is in the drawn marks, never blur, pixelation or compression damage
- Outlines drawn twice, patchy fills with white gaps, uneven pressure and a short bright palette are visible, and every character reads at thumbnail size
- Characters, props and layout are new; no famous character, logo, watermark, signature or unplanned text
- validate-output.mjs passes on the image and the prompt file, and exactly one paid request is made per approved generation

FAQ
Will a rough look give me a small or broken file?
No. The picture stays sharp and full size. The rough feel comes from visible crayon grain, outlines traced twice, white gaps in the fills, uneven pressure and proportions that are odd on purpose.
How detailed does my request need to be?
A subject or one sentence about a scene is plenty. Add a palette, a mood, a ratio or a few props if you want to.
Can I build a matching set?
Yes. Hold the paper, the mark-making, the color rules, how faces are drawn and the layout rules steady, and change only the scene and its new characters.
Is an API key required?
For the bundled helper, yes: it needs Node.js 20 or later and a FAL key, and each request spends paid credits. If your host has a built-in image tool, it can use the same recipe and skip the helper.
